An IIM Grad and Electronics & Telecomm Engineer having 12 years of front end investment banking, Consulting and marketing experience. Was part of core team of India Business Unit of NIIT-Technologies and helped country manager India for business strategy. Also worked in group companies of General Electric, Computer Associates, Moody's. After B-school helped two brokerage house to build its investment banking arm. Was responsible for generating- PE,M&A ,Corporate Advisory, Fund raising -deal flow and building relationships with corporate and investors. Demonstrated ability to manage entire deal process including client and investor relations, developing deal/post deal strategy, industry/business analysis, modeling and valuation, commercial negotiations, and supervising due diligence and legal documentation.
